Join NARUC on Tuesday, July 14th at 1pm ET to learn about updates to the Department of Energy’s Home Efficiency Rebate (HOMES) and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate (HEERH) programs. Mary Hubbard, Program Manager, Home Energy Rebates at the Department of Energy, will join us for the first 30 minutes to provide an overview on the status of the programs and the new guidance recently issued. Her presentation will be followed by audience Q&A. We will hold a peer sharing discussion for the remaining 30 minutes.
"Surge" calls are forums for commission staff to share how different commissions are approaching new issues in electricity regulation. These activities provide an open space for commission staff to share their valued experiences and learn from one another. Please come prepared with questions and/or to share out on behalf of your state’s activities in customer home energy efficiency.
