This webinar will provide members of National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) and National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) with information on new technical assistance from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) to consider, develop, and implement a regulatory sandbox or other approach to speed deployment of advanced technologies for distribution and transmission systems, such as smart reclosers, advanced conductors, Volt/VAR optimization, flexible transformers, and many others. Participants will learn about this new technical assistance opportunity, including background on regulatory sandboxes and similar approaches, how to apply, and be able to ask questions.
