The program will bring together an array of regulatory, utility, and financial markets experts to discuss challenges and potential regulatory responses to facilitate planning and implementing processes and resilience to deal with extreme weather events. NARUC members will have opportunity to engage with experts to learn and discuss the issues in a neutral context.
