NARUC Coal and Carbon Capture Site Visit
NARUC members are invited to tour a coal-fired power plant hosting carbon capture and storage research and demonstration facilities, a research center exploring alternative uses for coal, and a coal mine in northeast Wyoming. The trip will also include discussions on coal and carbon capture with local leaders, researchers, utilities, and stakeholders.
