John M. Baugh serves as Senior Director of Information Technology at NARUC, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations to support secure, reliable, and effective IT services. Since joining NARUC in 2015, he has overseen enterprise technology initiatives, including system modernization, cybersecurity improvements, and infrastructure enhancements. He is responsible for managing core IT systems and services that support staff operations, member engagement, and organizational effectiveness. He brings experience managing complex IT environments and aligning technology solutions with organizational needs. He holds a BS in Computer Science from California State University–San Bernardino.
