Cancellation Policy

Written requests received before 5:00 pm on September 10, 2024, will be honored less a 50% processing fee. After September 10, medical emergency refunds are allowed and must be accompanied by documentation of the medical emergency. A $100 processing fee will apply to medical emergency refunds. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend, substitute, or cancel before September 10. You are still responsible for the full registration fee. To cancel a registration, contact Bunnary Tan (btan@naruc.org). Registrations are nontransferable to future NARUC Rate Schools.
 

Substitution Policy 

Substitutions must be received in writing via email by September 10. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system, click this link to create a profile https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. Once a profile has been created, please contact wharris@naruc.org with the substitution request. No substitutions after September 10.

 

Credit Card Policy

A full credit card payment is required to complete all registrations. A $150 processing fee applies for changing to a new credit card after payment has been processed.

Video and audio recordings from NARUC’s Fall Rate School are copyrighted. Links provided permit only paid registrants access to the 2024 Fall Rate School copyrighted videos and audio recordings.  Further duplication, reproduction, distribution, or exhibition of these copyrighted materials without NARUC’s prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.  Violators may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.*
