If you are creating a new My NARUC Profile to register, please use your full, official organization name and email address so your profile is assigned to the correct registration category. For new profiles, please wait until the next day to register to ensure you receive the correct registration rate. Please note that registrations completed before the overnight system update may be charged at a higher rate, and NARUC is unable to issue refunds in these cases.
Written requests received before 5:00 pm on Monday, April 13, 2026, will be honored less a 50% processing fee. After April 13, the only refunds allowed must be accompanied by documentation of a medical emergency. A $100 processing fee will apply to medical emergency refunds. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend, substitute, or cancel before April 13, you are still responsible for the full registration fee. To cancel a registration, contact rateschool@naruc.org. Registrations are nontransferable to future NARUC Rate Schools.
Substitutions will be processed with an additional $100 processing fee. Substitutions must be received in writing via email by April 13. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system, click this link to create a profile https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. Once a profile has been created, please contact rateschool@naruc.org with the substitution request. No substitutions after April 13.
A full credit card payment is required to complete all registrations. A $150 processing fee applies for changing to a new credit card after payment has been processed.
Guests may attend the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Thursday Dinner. Events cannot be purchased individually.
The companion package is $180.00 per guest and must be purchased and paid in full by Friday, April 24. The package is non-refundable after April 24.
