The NARUC hotel conference group rate is $299 plus15.9% applicable tax. Rooms are available until sold out or the cutoff date of Friday, January 16. Details are provided in the NARUC Policy Summit Meeting registration confirmation email.
Room Reservations:
Individuals attending the NARUC Winter Policy Summit must register to receive the link to reserve a room at NARUC Group Rate. Reservations are not allowed by calling the hotel(s). Rooms in the NARUC hotel block are for NARUC registrants only. One reservation per registrant is allowed. Reservations by non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.
Room reservations must be made through the NARUC housing link. Rooms booked through methods other than the NARUC housing link or with the hotel directly are subject to different rates and cannot and will not be adjusted by NARUC staff.
NOTE: Be wary of travel scams. If anyone claiming to be associated with a travel agency and/or “convention housing” contacts you with an offer for booking a hotel room for this event, do NOT provide your contact or payment information. This is a scam. NARUC does not contract with such firms. In some cases, these companies falsely claim to be the official housing bureau or room representative for NARUC.
