Sponsorship Policy

Sponsorships for NARUC meetings are available to organizations that are not subject to regulatory jurisdiction of a NARUC member commission (a regulated entity) or to any entity affiliated with a regulated entity.

Sponsorship will be governed by the following guidelines:

Sponsorship opportunities will be restricted to events/activities/functions of each meeting.
There will be full disclosure of all sponsors and the corresponding event/activity/function sponsored.
Activities/events sponsored will be open and available to all attendees.
The sponsorship program will detail acknowledgements.
Prospective sponsors must confirm organization’s sponsorship level before staff registers. Registrations completed prior to sponsorship confirmation are not eligible for credits or refunds.
