Individuals attending the NARUC Summer Policy Summit must register for the meetings BEFORE reserving a room in the hotel at the NARUC Group Rate ($179.00). Rooms in the NARUC hotel blocks are reserved only for NARUC registrants, and one reservation per registrant is allowed. Non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.
To make a room reservation, you must use the NARUC housing link. Rooms booked through other methods or directly with the hotel may be subject to different rates and cannot and will not be adjusted by NARUC staff. Please note: the housing link is available to conference registrants only. Details are provided in the Summit registration confirmation email. Rooms are available through June 17 or until sold out.

THREE-NIGHT MINIMUM: There is a minimum three-night stay (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, July 14 -16) at the Hilton West Palm Beach hotel. Pre-and post-night reservations will not apply to the minimum three night’s stay. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: Reservations cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival will be charged one night stay. Name changes or substitution for room changes are permitted up to 24 hours before arrival. Contact the hotel directly through the link or number provided in your hotel reservation confirmation.

Getting There:
Visitors should fly into Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). The airport is 3 miles from the convention center.
