Pre-Registration Policy

Deadline for pre-registration is Thursday, February 9, 2017. After this date, registrations must be processed on site at the commencement of the meeting. No faxes or emails will be accepted after this date. You may register on site at the Meeting Hotel beginning on Sunday, February 12, 2017.

 

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation requests received via email by/on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 will be refunded less a $95 processing fee. No refunds will be issued beginning February 2. Send cancellation notices to jford@naruc.org.  Cancellations by telephone are not valid.

 

Substitutions

Substitutions must be received in writing via email by February 9, 2017. Send the appropriate attendee contact information to Lennie Noblezada (Lnoblez@naruc.org). After February 9, 2017, substitutions and changes will be processed on-site at the conference registration desk during business hours.
