Online registration closed Friday, February 11. Onsite registration is not available in DC.


If unable to attend, the registrant is expected to substitute his/her participation with another member of the same organization. In the case of an emergency where neither registrant nor a substitute can attend, a cancellation must be submitted via email to btan@naruc.org. A refund less a 15% processing fee will apply prior to January 31. After January 31, no refund will be issued unless documentation of an emergency is submitted. Individuals who fail to attend the meeting (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund. 



Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company by February 11. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system; create a profile at https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. For assistance, email tarrington@naruc.org.

Attendees planning to participate in-person must register in advance. Pre-registered attendees may pick up  badges during the times listed below. The NARUC registration desk is in the foyer on the Ballroom Level of the Renaissance Hotel. 

Sunday, February 13   12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Monday, February 14   9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, February 15   9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

NARUC reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the Association will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
