Partnership Exchange on Renewable Energy

With the support of the USAgency for International Development, NARUC facilitated a partnership exchange with the National Commission for Energy State Regulation of Ukraine and NARUC experts from Ohio and New York. Among various topics, participants discussed renewable energy accreditation, certification and verification, information systems, quality of service regulations, and utility call centers.

The activity also included a joint session with the Public Service Regulatory Commission of Armenia (PSRC) at the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), in an effort to add value to the bilateral work by exposing the partners to issues facing other regulators in the Black Sea region..
