Partnership Exchange on Market Liberalization and Vulnerable Customers

Location: New York City and Albany, NY

With support from the US Agency for International Development, a delegation from Ukraine’s National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) traveled to New York to meet with representatives from the New York Public Service Commission. Participants discussed social protection of vulnerable customers, liberalization of electricity markets and other topics. Regulators also visited the New York Independent System Operator and to a call center in New York City.
