Exchange on Service Quality and Smart Grid Technologies

During this activity supported by the United States Agency for International Development, officials from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission exchanged technical experience with the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia on service quality regulation and smart grid technologies.

Representatives from both regulatory agencies noted the timely nature of the exchange given activities undertaken by Serbia to deploy smart grid technologies, including cost/benefit analyses and roll-out plans for smart metering.
