Partnership Launch

Date: October 2007
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Through support from the United States Agency for International Development, senior officials from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia (AERS) met to launch the Serbia Energy Regulatory Partnership.

This partnership created a platform for the development of AERS’s institutional capacity in tariff design electricity regulation, and the participants were able to create topics of interest for the next exchange in March 2008 and future activities.
