With the support of the US Agency for International Development, NARUC facilitated a partnership exchange between the Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) and the National Agency for Energy Regulation of Moldova (ANRE) on customer relations and dispute resolution. During the exchange, officials discussed customer complaint and dispute resolution processes, public relations, quality of service and intergovernmental relations, while also observing a dispute hearing between a consumer and a utility and meeting with representatives of the Moldovan Parliament and the Parliamentary Commission on Economy, Industry, Budget and Finance.
