With the support of the US Agency for International Development, NARUC launched a partnership between the National Agency for Energy Regulation of Moldova (ANRE) and the Missouri Public Service Commission. This activity focused on the fundamentals of regulatory practices in the US, such as key state and regional regulatory issues, market monitoring, tariff development, monitoring, quality of service, consumer affairs and other timely issues. Representatives from ANRE and the PSC also signed a Memorandum of Understanding to officially launch their new energy regulatory partnership.
