Partnership Exchange  on  Reliable Service

With the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), a delegation from the Macedonian Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) met with representatives from the Vermont Public Services Board. The visit focused on the topics of quality regulation, low-income consumption programs, service reliability, consumer protection, and the relationships with regional market operators for specific regulatory objectives.

All parties thought the activity was a success due to intense information sharing.
