With the support of the United States Agency for International Development, NARUC facilitated a vibrant partnership between the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia (ERC) and the Vermont Public Service Board. During a series of exchanges, officials explore a wide array of regulatory issues, including regional markets, energy efficiency, cross-border trade, tariff design, and service quality.
While the bilateral partnership is no longer active, Macedonia currently participates in NARUC's regional projects in Southeast Europe, which support broader efforts to facilitate retail market development, among various topics.
