With the support of the US Agency for International Development, NARUC experts and officials from the Energy Regulatory Office of Kosovo (ERO) engaged in technical discussions in parallel work groups to assess progress in several regulatory spheres: market supply and monitoring, legal and licensing, tariff regulations, consumer protections and formulation of natural gas rules. The series of regulatory assessments and technical discussions continued the process of reinforcing sound regulatory fundamentals, specific approaches and applications and reviewing current ERO projects and rules in order to improve select regulatory functions.
