Through support from the United States Agency for International development, a representative from the California Public Utilities Commission exchanged pertinent expertise with the Energy Regulators Regional Association on demand response and distributed generation.
During this activity, representatives stated that the working group meeting provided a solid foundation upon which to provide guidance to ERRA member states on the design of regulations for end-use and decentralized generation policies.
