Through support from the United States Agency for International Development, officials from the Maryland Public Service Commission and the Wyoming Public Service Commission shared relevant expertise on cost recovery, water regulation, tariff pricing, and renewable energy certificates.
Representatives noted that the activity laid strong groundwork for tariff methodologies and water regulation among ERRA regulators.
