Exchange on Licensing, Investment, and Congestion Management

Through support from the United States Agency for International Development, representatives from the New York State Public Service Commission exchanged technical expertise with officials from the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency on licensing activities, investment planning tariff implications, and congestion management.

Representatives noted that the exchange was instrumental in sharing critical technical information in the areas of license permitting and congestion management with the Croatian regulators.
