Partnership Launch

Date: November 2003
Location: Zagreb, Croatia

Through support from the United States Agency for International Development, senior officials from the New York State Public Service Commission and the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (HERA) met to launch the Croatia Energy Regulatory Partnership. All parties look forward to working to together in the future.

This partnership created a platform for the development of HERA’s institutional capacity in tariff design electricity regulation, and the participants were able to lay the groundwork for an exchange in March 2004.
