With the support of the United States Agency for International Development, NARUC engaged in a broad and evolving regulatory partnership with the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency, drawing on the knowledge of expert volunteers from the New York Public Service Commission. During the course of the partnership, the Croatian regulator implemented new electric tariff methodologies and natural gas regulations for the restructured markets, and revised pricing methodologies for natural gas storage.
