With the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), a delegation from the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (SEWRC) of Bulgaria met with their colleagues at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and focused primarily on issues and best practices in multi-sector regulation, energy affordability and public benefit programs, regulatory framework for energy market, and legislative framework for renewable energy.
All parties found the sessions informative and look forward to collaborating in the future.
