Partnership Exchange on Customer Service

Location: Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey

With the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), a delegation from the State Energy Regulatory Commission of Bulgaria (SERC) visited the Delaware Public Service Commission, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to learn how various US commissions handle customer service.

The week was full of dynamic discussions and exchange of questions. All parties enjoyed the intense information sharing.
