Partnership Exchange on Market Opening and Metering

With the support of the US Agency for International Development, the partnership exchange focused on introducing the BiH regulators to experiences of market opening and market functions in the US. With NARUC experts from Ohio and North Dakota, participants discussed creating preconditions for fully open and transparent electricity market, the distribution system operator as a fully independent party from generation, metering and customer switching.
