With the support of the US Agency for International Development, regulators from Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Turkey convened with experts from the Organization of MISO States to discuss the process of preparing regulatory guidelines and a framework of renewable energy investment opportunities for the Black Sea region. Participants examined the prospects for strengthening and aligning the national regulatory frameworks to enhance electricity flows across national borders.
