Training in Utility Regulation

With the sponsorship of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), a NARUC delegation implemented a three-day series of meetings and discussions in Baku, Azerbaijan, designed to educate and exchange regulatory experiences and technical information.

Representatives noted that the intense information sharing during the activity proved fruitful in several areas.
