Partnership Exchange on Natural Gas Regulation

With the support of the US Agency for International Development, regulators from Iowa and Armenia discussed steps the latter could take to further the improvement of regulatory frameworks and operational practices in natural gas regulations. Discussion topics included development and further elaboration of secondary legislation for the gas sector, rate setting and service quality regulations (including safety monitoring), indicators and challenges.
