Exchange on Security of Supply and Industry Best Practices

With support from the United States Agency for International Development, officials from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission exchanged relevant experiences with officials at the Albanian Electricity Regulator Authority (ERE) on security of supply, regulatory and industry practices in achieving loss reduction, tariff structures and pricing policies, electric reliability, wholesale market issues, electricity trading, regulatory reporting, demand side management.

As ERE continued to evolve as a regulator, representatives announced that they would be expanding its regulatory capacities and their integration into the existing organizational structures.
