Partnership Launch

Dates: July 2002
Location: Tirana, Albania

Through support from the United States Agency for International Development, senior officials from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and the Electricity Regulator Authority (ERE) met to launch the Albania Energy Regulatory Partnership.

This partnership created a platform for the development of ERE’s institutional capacity in tariff design electricity regulation, and the participants were able to create topics of interest for the next exchanges in Tirana and Indianapolis.
