Partnership Exchange on Regulatory Frameworks

Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

With the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), a delegation from the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission traveled to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to begin an energy regulatory partnership with the State Energy Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic. The sessions were introductory in nature and there was a formal signing ceremony to solidify the partnership.

The productive information sharing laid the groundwork for more collaboration in the future. All participants are enthusiastic about the partnership.
