With the support of the U.S. Department of State, this peer review focused on improving EAC’s regulation on performance standards and other key issues to enhance regulatory capacity, particularly relating to data collection and monitoring and enforcement of EAC regulations. Five NARUC volunteer experts and 13 EAC representatives participated in the peer review, which resulted in a number of immediate action items. The peer review supported NARUC’s broader efforts to enhance performance standards and overall conditions of supply in Cambodia.
