Partnership Exchange on Fundamentals of Regulation, Consumer Affairs, and Rate Design

During this activity, with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), NARUC experts traveled to Rwanda to meet with a delegation from the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Agency (RURA) to discuss the importance of regulation, consumer affairs, rate design, and other topics.

All participants noted the benefits of the weeklong meeting and signed a document to formalize their partnership.
