Training Course - "Regulation for Practitioners"

Partially funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), this course provided an opportunity for regulatory commissioners and staff as well as government and industry professionals to learn and review the basic principles of utility regulation with added emphasis on the influence of the evolving context of the Southern African Development Community (SADC). NARUC experts served as instructors.

The participants, from 13 different countries in Africa, gained new insights that will help in devising and implementing regulations.
