With the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), NARUC experts traveled to Accra, Ghana to meet with partners from the Public Utility Regulatory Commission of Ghana and other energy sector stakeholders. They participated in discussions on energy economics and investment. They also explored issues related to public outreach and education and interfacing with elected officials.
Representatives noted that the discussions proved useful, and also provided a foundation for future collaboration.
