Date: August 17-21, 2015
Location: St. Louis and Jefferson City, Missouri

With the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), this activity provided continued support to the Ethiopia Energy Authority (EEA) to build their technical knowledge to support the implementation of the Tariff Guidelines and Methodology for the Electricity Sector in Ethiopia: Generation, Transmission and Distribution. It focused on the foundational components of tariff setting as it relates to quality data and regulatory accounting principles and provided an opportunity to discuss best decision-making practices given the current context of their limited data.
