Through support from USAID, NARUC, and the USAID Energy Investment Activity, regulators from BiH publicly launched an online electricity price comparison tool in December 2018. This tool will help customers better understand the electricity sector and, more importantly, save money on their electricity bills.
Regulators play an indispensable role in achieving effective cybersecurity in the energy sector, and serve a key role in efforts by USAID and NARUC to improve electricity sector cybersecurity in Europe and Eurasia.
