Through support from USAID, NARUC, and the USAID Energy Investment Activity, regulators from BiH publicly launched an online electricity price comparison tool in December 2018. This tool will help customers better understand the electricity sector and, more importantly, save money on their electricity bills.
Through support from USAID, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) is assisting Southeast European regulators in adopting retail choice frameworks through a new Southeast Europe regional project.
With the support of USAID, NARUC and USAID’s Energy Investment Activity, energy regulators in Bosnia and Herzegovina are now equipped with an innovative tool to give customers more control of their electricity service.
