NARUC Statement on FERC Confirmations

President Betkoski Congratulates McIntyre on Chairmanship
WASHINGTON—The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners issued the following statement in response to the U.S. Senate confirmations of Kevin McIntyre and Richard Glick to join the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission:
“On behalf of our NARUC members, we are pleased to see a full complement of FERC Commissioners. Both bring unique experiences and qualities that will enrich the existing team. We look forward to working with the Commission to resolve many complex, challenging issues facing our states.
“I would also like to congratulate Chairman McIntyre on his leadership role. As leaders, I am confident that we can work together collegially to best serve the public interest of all Americans.”
