Arielle joined NARUC as a Program Officer in November 2018. Prior to joining NARUC, Arielle was a research analyst in specialized energy consulting and worked as an advisor to various state public utility commissions on energy auctions and competitive procurements for conventional and renewable power, as well as various regulatory, economic, and investment–related energy proceedings. Arielle has also worked in oil and gas, focusing on global political risk dynamics and international government affairs at ConocoPhillips. Arielle completed a Master of Arts degree in the Institute for Resources, Environment, and Sustainability at the University of British Columbia, where she focused on sustainability and international energy policy. Arielle also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & International Affairs/Psychology from Wake Forest University.
