Programs and Development Coordinator
Whitney joined NARUC in June 2016. As Programs and Development Coordinator, she coordinates planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for bilateral and regional projects around the world. Whitney received her Master of Arts in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University – School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where she completed a dual concentration in Latin American Studies and International Energy & Environment Policy. Her capstone project focused on sustainable development implementation in Seychelles and other small island states. She has lived and worked in Mexico City, Mexico and Valencia, Spain, and speaks Spanish. Whitney earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Rutgers University.
