Isabella joined NARUC in April, 2019. She provides executive assistance to the Senior Leadership Team and administrative support to other Program Staff. Prior to joining NARUC, Isabella interned for the Pan-American Health Organization as a project coordinator, then for the United Nations in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs in New York where she contributed assistance in research and data collection and verification of the E-Government 2018 Survey publication. Isabella holds a bachelor’s double major degree from Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada in International Development and Economics with a minor in Spanish. She speaks Tagalog and has beginner knowledge in Modern Standard Arabic.
