Rachel joined NARUC in September 2016. She focuses primarily on programs in Eastern and Southern Africa. Prior to joining NARUC, Rachel worked as a marketing assistant in Southern California, and completed internships at Relief International, the Clinton Global Initiative, and the International Trade Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Rachel completed her Masters in International Economics and Energy, Resources and Environment from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Rachel has studied in Santiago, Chile and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
